This is the annual Troop 18 dues for one scout. It covers advancement
and merit badges, special patches, patrol patch, shared equipment and supplies replenishment, etc.
Entering Webelos also receive Troop 18 Patch, handbook, handbook cover, neckerchief,
& epaulettes.
